Who we are
Established in 2008, Bayou Boyz Tree Service has spent years helping Louisiana property owners handle everything from overgrown trees to difficult removals. We understand the challenges that come with Louisiana's weather, heavy vegetation, and unpredictable storms.
Whether you're dealing with a single troublesome limb or an entire property that needs clearing, Bayou Boyz brings practical experience and a hardworking approach to every project.
Based in Louisiana and proudly serving Baton Rouge and communities statewide, we're here to help you take back your property.
Built for Louisiana trees
Trees here grow big and fast. Live oaks spread across entire yards, pines shoot up next to houses, and water oaks and tallow trees fill in any lot left alone for a few seasons. Add saturated ground, hurricane winds, and summer storms, and you get the kind of jobs that need experience: trees leaning over roofs, limbs hung up in the canopy, and properties that need to be cleared before anything else can happen.
That’s the work Bayou Boyz has been doing since 2008 — for homeowners, landlords, churches, businesses, and builders.
How we work
A straightforward approach
Look before we cut
Every job starts with a walk-around: what the tree is near, which way it leans, where the wood can go, and how equipment gets in without tearing up the yard.
Tell you the plan
You get a straightforward estimate that spells out the work, what’s included, and what it costs. If trimming will solve the problem instead of removal, we say so.
Work carefully
Tight spots get taken down in sections. Limbs over roofs get lowered, not dropped. The goal is simple: the tree comes down and nothing else does.
Leave it clean
Branches chipped or hauled, wood cut or removed the way you asked, and the work area raked before we leave.
Residential and commercial
Bayou Boyz works for homeowners and for businesses. On residential jobs, that usually means a problem tree near the house, branches over the roof, or a backyard that got away from you. On commercial jobs, it might be clearing a lot, cleaning up after a storm, or keeping trees off buildings, parking areas, and signs.
Either way, you get the same thing: a clear plan, careful work, and a clean site when we’re done.

What Our Customers Say
Had a huge rotten tree leaning toward my house after noticing it getting worse every time we had a storm. Bayou Boyz came out, got it taken down, and cleaned up all the limbs and debris. KJ knew what he was doing, and they made sure everything was taken care of before leaving. Definitely recommend them.
Tyler B.Baton Rouge, LA We had a large tree come down in the backyard, and it was too much for us to handle ourselves. Bayou Boyz got it cut up, hauled everything off, and left the yard looking great. Good work and easy to deal with.
Brandon M.Dutchtown, LA KJ was great to work with. We had some heavy branches hanging directly over our roof, and I was worried about the next big storm. The crew handled the job carefully, worked efficiently, and cleaned up everything afterward. Really appreciated how seriously they took the safety side of things.
Madison R.Lafayette, LA Great service from Bayou Boyz. They showed up, did exactly what we discussed, and left everything clean. Would use them again.
Austin D.Baton Rouge, LA KJ and his guys did an excellent job getting rid of a problem tree on our property. It was close to the fence and shed, so I was nervous about anything getting damaged. They took their time, got it down safely, and cleaned up better than I expected. Very professional from start to finish.
Cody W.Prairieville, LA Solid company and good people. They were easy to communicate with, did quality work, and made sure the property was cleaned up before they left. Highly recommend Bayou Boyz.
